Chile Verde


A Mexican style pork stew in a tasty salsa verde that is slowly braised until the pork melts into your mouth!

3 lbs Pork butt or shoulder

4 cloves Garlic
2 Jalapeno peppers

2 Poblano peppers
2 lbs Tomatillos
1 White onion, large

2 tbsp Lime juice
